Can I collect my order?
Our stock is held within a warehouse, it is not possible for customers to collect direct from the warehouse.

Do you offer a price matching service?
We are confident our prices are the lowest on the internet but if you find the same product elsewhere for cheaper we will endeavor to not only match it but beat it.

What is the standard delivery time?
Delivery time can vary depending on what you have ordered. We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, generally you should receive your order within 5 working days, we do however quote 7 - 10 working days. For large items you will be notified of the day for delivery.

Do you have an item in stock?
Our stock levels change constantly and should an item not be available for delivery in under three weeks we mark it as such on the site.

How much is delivery?
Delivery costs will vary depending on what you order and where you would like them delivered to. The standard cost for a small parcel to a UK mainland address is £10, the standard cost for a bulky item to a UK mainland address is £35, each item is listed with its own cost information. If you order more than one item the maximum you will pay for delivery is £35.

Do you have a telephone number I can call you on?
Please direct any questions or queries through email, the phone lines are for payment only and handlers are not trained to handle customer inquiries. Emails during working hours will normally be answered within 2 hrs.
