Delivery

We endeavour to deliver most products within 7-10 working days. However all delivery dates given are only and always provisional. If you have ordered a bath, shower enclosure or a bathroom suite our transport company will call you to arrange delivery. We strongly advise that you do not book your installers or engage in any preparatory work until full receipt of your goods. Can I collect my order?
Our stock is held within a warehouse, it is not possible for customers to collect direct from the warehouse.

Do you offer a price matching service?
We are confident our prices are the lowest on the internet but if you find the same product elsewhere for cheaper we will endeavor to not only match it but beat it.

What is the standard delivery time?
Delivery time can vary depending on what you have ordered. We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, generally you should receive your order within 5 working days, we do however quote 7 - 10 working days. For large items you will be notified of the day for delivery.

Do you have an item in stock?
Our stock levels change constantly and should an item not be available for delivery in under three weeks we mark it as such on the site.

How much is delivery?
Delivery costs will vary depending on what you order and where you would like them delivered to. The standard cost for a small parcel to a UK mainland address is £10, the standard cost for a bulky item to a UK mainland address is £35, each item is listed with its own cost information. If you order more than one item the maximum you will pay for delivery is £35.
